Manjiri Phasey, the Director and Founder of New Standard Enterprises (NSE), holds an M. Com degree and a Diploma in Materials Management, bringing over 25 years of industry expertise. Before founding NSE, she was actively involved in industrial trading, supplying a broad range of items, including hardware, packaging materials, plastics and chemicals as per the requirement.
In 1995, she founded NSE’s plastic manufacturing unit at Satyam Industrial Estate, Erandwane, Pune, beginning with just three machines. Today, under her leadership, the company successfully handles client orders, manufacturing and delivering high-precision plastic components with a focus on quality. Manjiri Phasey’s dedication and vision have been key to NSE’s growth over the years. Starting small, she steadily expanded the company’s capabilities to meet the growing demands of clients. Her commitment to delivering reliable and high-quality products has earned NSE a strong reputation in the industry.
